About Terri

I grew up in Madison, IN and graduated from MCHS.  I lived in Charleston, SC for over 40 years and moved back to Madison February 2023. I am excited to be here with Adam (my son), Abby (Waltz) my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren.  My parents are also here, so the timing was right. 

• Graduated from Purdue with a degree in Interior Design

•Practiced my Interior Design profession in Indianapolis, Shreveport, LA, Atlanta, GA and Charleston, SC

•Worked on staff at the United Methodist Relief Center, rehabbing homes for very low-income homeowners in SC.

•Designed interiors and selected finishes for custom homes.

•Became a licensed realtor in 2016 in the Charleston, SC area and worked there for six years where I was named a 2021 and 2022 top producer. I am now in Madison with the Jim Pruett Group brokered by EXP Realty.

EXP provides the tools and education to bring outstanding service to my buyers and sellers, helping to navigate through the paperwork maze, the negotiating process, the offer and onto the closing.

In addition, by partnering with EXP Realty I provide knowledge of the local, regional, national and international markets, technology tools to enhance the new home search through search apps and online marketing and access to over 110,000 associates across the country to help sell your property.

Growing up in the heartland of America in the state of Indiana (can I say Hoosier Hysteria) and graduating from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) has contributed to my down-to-earth desire to win with integrity, reliability and honesty not only in sports but also for my clients.  Helping those who work with me make their dream come true is one of my biggest wins of all.
